    The judge ruled in favor of the franchisees. The court recognized the lack of a registered trademark as a key factor in the predatory nature of the business. Consequently, the victims were successful in claiming the return of unjust enrichment<\/strong>, allowing them to recover a portion of their financial losses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
